What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on the selected rate. The Standard Rate includes free cancellation within 24 hours for bookings made at least 72 hours before arrival, full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before arrival, 50% refund for cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, and no refunds within 14 days. Most highways are paved and well maintained. Near Marbella, roads may include gravel or unpaved sections, especially during the final portion. Conditions vary seasonally, especially in the rainy season. Drive cautiously and allow extra time if arriving after dark.

Yes. The water supplied to TICOASIS comes from the local community water system and is safe to drink. It is treated and regularly monitored. Bottled water is available for purchase locally if preferred.
