How far is the beach?
Playa Marbella is approximately a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive from TICOASIS.
Is a rental car recommended?
For most guests, yes. A rental car provides the greatest flexibility for exploring nearby beaches, restaurants, waterfalls, national parks, and surrounding communities at your own pace.
What are the road conditions?
Most highways leading to the region are paved and well maintained. As you approach Marbella, portions of the roadway may include gravel or unpaved sections, particularly during the final portion of your drive. Road conditions may also vary seasonally, especially during the rainy season. We recommend driving cautiously and allowing additional travel time if arriving after dark.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes — high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout both bungalows and common areas. As with anywhere in the tropics, occasional weather can briefly interrupt power or connectivity, though this is uncommon and typically resolves quickly.
How does check-in work?
TICOASIS offers convenient self-check-in. Prior to arrival, you'll receive detailed arrival instructions, your electronic gate code, and your unique bungalow access code, allowing you to check in at your convenience after your accommodation is ready.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely. Families are welcome at TICOASIS. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children throughout the property, particularly around the pool and other outdoor areas.
