Each bungalow at TICOASIS is a self-contained studio-style apartment that sleeps up to four guests on a king bed plus a full-size sleeper sofa, and opens onto a large outdoor deck.

The kitchenette includes a built-in 2-burner electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, and full cookware: pots, pans, a blender, a water kettle, a coffee maker, cutting boards, and Tupperware for leftovers. The living area features a Smart TV, and air conditioning keeps the whole space cool throughout.

The bathroom includes built-in storage, a walk-in shower with hot water (not always a given in Costa Rica), an LED-lit mirror, and a hair dryer.

Privacy curtains cover the full wall of glass doors facing the deck, so you're never visible from outside. Light slowly begins pouring in through the upper windows as the sun rises, though the space stays shaded thanks to the large overhang roof.

The property also includes a shared pool with a poolside bathroom, an outdoor grill by the pool, a shared laundry room, and secured on-site parking behind a private gate.
